Teaching
In 2004 I chanced upon teaching as a profession and fell in love with it immediately. There is almost nothing else I would choose to do full-time.
The kindness, patience and understanding of so many of my students over the years has only served to further strengthen that love.
Beginning as a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering at MSRIT Bangalore, where engaging classrooms with 50-70 students was the norm, helped cut my teeth in the world of technical education.
A few years later, the honing continued at PES Bangalore. This was also where my affinity toward mathematics developed significantly.
2013 brought massive changes when I decided to pursue music as a full-time career. Practical financial issues serving as a rude wake-up call steered me back to teaching. I have been a math tutor to high school students ever since.
